The adventure begins in Calais, where riders gather, share introductions, and receive a tour briefing before setting off through northern France. This first leg is a scenic 240-mile ride through serene fields, rolling countryside, and charming villages that characterize the Champagne region. The evening offers a chance to unwind at a local hotel, savoring the region’s culinary delights and perhaps sampling a glass of its world-famous bubbly to toast the start of the journey.
Day two continues south along popular biking routes toward the Swiss border, covering 240 miles of beautiful French countryside.
