We’ll lock in and confirm the final itinerary two weeks before your tour, giving you plenty of time to plan and get stoked. Every change we make is designed to keep our tours as exciting and one-of-a-kind as the riders who join us!
The journey kicks off in the stunning Peak District National Park, a rider’s paradise with winding roads, dramatic hills, and serene valleys. Upon arrival, riders are welcomed by their guide and introduced to the group over a hearty dinner. It’s a chance to share stories, build camaraderie, and prepare for the adventures ahead. Day Two begins with an exhilarating ride across the rolling landscapes of England and Wales, weaving through picturesque countryside en route to Holyhead. This seaside town, known for its bustling ferry port, marks the gateway to Ireland. As the ferry glides across the Irish Sea, riders can take a moment to relax and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. Arrival in Dublin signals the beginning of the Irish leg of the adventure. A short ride leads to Balbriggan, a charming coastal town just outside the capital, where the group spends the night. The quaint harbor and seaside views provide a peaceful end to the day.
The excitement continues on Day Three as the group heads north along Ireland’s stunning east coast. The ride is packed with scenic beauty and fascinating stops. First up is the Kirkistown motor racing circuit, a nod to Ireland’s love for speed and motorsport. Riders can imagine the roar of engines on the track as they soak up the history of this iconic location. From there, it’s on to Strangford Lough, a serene and expansive tidal lagoon surrounded by lush countryside. The tranquil waters and birdlife create a picture-perfect moment to pause and reflect.

Begin with a visit to the world-famous Titanic Museum, where interactive exhibits bring the story of the ill-fated ship to life. Wander through the serene Botanic Gardens, a lush oasis in the heart of the city, and admire the Victorian Palm House or the Tropical Ravine. For those seeking more, the Cathedral Quarter offers a mix of historic charm and modern energy, with cozy pubs and street art to explore. The following day kicks off with a spectacular ride along Northern Ireland’s coastline, a route packed with natural wonders and cultural gems. A highlight of this leg is the water-bus tour of Donegal Bay, a chance to relax and take in the coastline from a new perspective. The ride along Ireland’s west coast is a motorcyclist’s dream, winding through National Parks and peat bogs, offering unforgettable views. As the tour progresses, stops include Limerick and the Crag Caves before arriving in Killarney. Riders can take on the world-famous Ring of Kerry or opt for a day of rest. The journey then continues to Waterford, with stops at Blarney Castle and prehistoric peat bogs. This leg blends Ireland’s natural beauty with cultural landmarks, culminating in a visit to the Wicklow Mountains en route to Dublin.
Crossing back to Wales via ferry, riders bid farewell to the emerald shores of Ireland and embark on the final leg of the journey. Yes — you ride your own bike on every Wild Roads tour. With no mainland Europe leg on this one, it’s simply ride from home, meet the group in the Peak District and go. Rentals can be arranged if you’d rather not put your own miles on.
Both versions run — the route works beautifully either way. Self-guided, you get the full route pack, GPX files, hotels and support; guided, Josh leads the group across both islands. Message us and we’ll help you pick.
Daily distances average 120 to 180 miles, with time to enjoy the Giants Causeway, Donegal and the Ring of Kerry rather than just ride past them. It’s a relaxed pace with coffee and photo stops built in.
