At Wild Roads, our tours are perfect for solo riders who want an incredible motorcycle adventure without feeling like they’re travelling alone. Whether you're new to group riding or a seasoned solo traveller, you’ll join a small group of like-minded bikers who share the same passion for great roads, great scenery and great company.
Our Singles Motorcycle Holidays give you all the freedom of riding your own bike with none of the hassle of planning. We handle the route, hotels, ferries, and logistics — you just turn up and ride.
Most of our riders are between 40 and 65, on everything from BMW GSs to Harleys to Triumphs, and a good chunk of every group is touring abroad for the very first time. So whatever you ride and however much experience you have, you'll fit straight in — the only thing the crew has in common on day one is a love of good roads.

Where you ride is up to you. The limestone peaks of the Pyrenees, the twisties of northern Italy, spring in Spain, or three weeks across the Balkans. Wherever you point the bike, you arrive to a group that's just as glad you came.

Not at all — solo riders make up most of our groups. Our tours are built for people travelling on their own, so you’ll be riding alongside plenty of riders in exactly the same boat. Most people arrive as strangers and leave as mates.
No — and you won’t be paired up with a stranger either. Solo riders get their own private room throughout the tour, so you always have your own space to unwind in at the end of the day.
Most riders bring their own bike — that’s part of the freedom of a Wild Roads tour. If you’d prefer not to ride your own, rental bikes can be arranged for some tours depending on location and dates.
You don’t need any group-riding experience. Our tours attract everyone from first-time tourers to seasoned travellers, and the pace is sociable, not pressured. Joshua rides at the front and there’s full support throughout.
Groups are deliberately small — typically 8–10 riders on every motorcycle holiday. That’s big enough for great company and small enough that you actually get to know everyone.
All of them — but if it's your first, start with The Picos & Pyrenees or Twisties & The Tuscan Sun. They're 15 days, brilliantly paced, and always attract a strong solo crowd. For a bigger adventure, The Great Balkan Odyssey is the one groups talk about for years.
